Terms & Conditions
- The referred friend or family member (referee) must be a new patient to our clinic and mention the referrer’s full name when booking their appointment.
- The referee must attend their scheduled appointment in order for the referrer to receive the referral rewards.
- The referrer will receive a $25 discount on their next check-up and clean, along with a $30 gift voucher once the referral is confirmed.
- There is no limit to the number of people you can refer – and therefore no limit to the number of rewards you can earn!
- Referral rewards must be used within 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred to another patient.
- Please mention that you’ll be using a referral reward when booking your next appointment.
- Rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- This referral program may be modified or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the clinic.
