I am writing to you today to thank you for your wonderful work that you have completed on my mouth.
In fact, you have not only transformed the look and feel of my mouth, but my self esteem as well.
It is a long time since I have felt the confidence I do now. I have a wide, shining smile and it is all due to the wonderful work that you and your staff have done.
I am grateful for the time you have taken to explain every step of the process to me, and I am especially thankful for the outstanding patience by you and your wonderful staff and over the many months, my “dental nervousness”.

3 years ago I came to visionDental with a lot of dental problems. I was seeing a dentist ( not to be mentioned) who made some costly mistakes with my teeth.
Upon my first consultation with VisionDental they took full x-rays of my mouth and checked every tooth over telling me the problems and work that was necessary.
I have had a lot of work on my mouth by a wonderful dentist at Vision Dental called Dr Man Le. I have had a lot of bad experiences over the years with different dentists and get very anxious when visiting the dentist. However Dr Man Le has changed my faith in dentistry and I put my faith and trust in him for any problems that now arise with my teeth.
I recommended my husband to also go to Vision Dental and he sees Dr Suster and is very happy with the treatment he has had also.
The hygienist who cleans my mouth at Vision dental has also taught me a lot about the hygiene of my mouth and how to better look after my teeth and gums.
I have no hesitation in recommending Vision Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist, as they truly care for your teeth.

I was recommended the staff at vision dental by a friend who knew how very nervous dentists made me. I had to have a rather big procedure and was extremely frightened but the staff at vision dental were aware of my problems and were very accommodating and recommended sleep dentistry for my procedure.
They took the time to explain clearly the work I was having done, how sleep dentistry would be the best option for me, what sleep dentistry actually entails, what effects it would have on me and also to answer any of my concerns or fears I was having.
I found that going into this procedure having to use sleep dentistry was definitely the best option. I felt little to no pain during the procedure and only some small discomfort afterwards. I healed relatively fast and had no after effects compared to others who have had the same procedure normally.
The staff at vision dental were very caring with me and I found my time spent there was not as bad as I had led myself to believe it was going to be and am truly grateful for their expertise and care both before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend their work and the option of sleep dentistry to anyone.

PERSISTENT HEADACHE? JAW ACHE? NECK ACHE? BACK PAIN? VERTIGO? For 10 years I ran around doctors to find out what was causing all of the above, without any success. Needless to say, I was in a state that lessened the quality of my life.
One Christmas Day 1985, I was eating breakfast and my jaw ‘locked’. I remembered I heard something on TV about a rugby footballer who went to the dentist to get his dislocated jaw fixed, so that’s where I decided I would go. My local dentist sent me to a Macquarie Street specialist. Would you believe I was diagnosed with a dislocated jaw!
So how did I get my dislocated jaw? Who knows? I could have been grinding my teeth at night, the bite of my teeth was incorrect or sleeping in the wrong position. I certainly didn’t get whacked in the face by a football!!
The specialist made me an occlusal splint, which in 3 weeks had moved my jaw back in position, resulting in enormous pain relief. My quality of life was gradually re-established. The Macquarie Street specialist said he encountered many patients who had been sent to psychiatrists and put on medication for such ‘imaginary’ disorders.
Not much was known about splints in those early years and even today a lot of people would be unaware of them and what they do unless they had met somebody who had experience with one. Who goes to the dentist about a sore neck?
A few years later when the black fillings in the front of my mouth started looking unsightly and my regular dentist was not yet into cosmetic dentistry, I browsed the pages of the “Leader” and came across Dr Suster’s advertisement. As someone who has experienced a painful root canal, bad needle administration, a bruised face, a ‘brutal’ hygienist, as well as nearly biting off a dental surgeon’s finger who said a needle wasn’t necessary, I ‘bravely’ picked up the phone to make an appointment. After all, I didn’t know this dentist from a bar of soap!
Over a period of weeks my whole mouth of black fillings was replaced with white ones. With the use of up-to-date technology that I had not encountered before and careful application, I can honestly say that all treatment was painless – even a root canal! There was no quick or cheap fixes and only good quality materials and dentistry techniques used to give lasting results.
It was a bonus to find that Dr. Suster took a special interest in TMD (or TMJ) problems (Temporamandibular Joint Disorder) such as mine. He adjusted my old splint to match my new dental profile following all the repair work, then worked on a solution to resolve my jaw problems in the long term.
I really don’t mind going to the dentist now. There is a nice happy atmosphere at Dr. Suster’s surgery. The practice runs a good quality system and the longstanding staff are noticeably well trained and work efficiently. They are always at the ready to help me prop my old bones up with cushions when I visit.
Now I am in full ‘maintenance’ mode, I turn up twice a year for my checkups and dental hygiene treatment. I am fortunate to have such a service available to me so close to home. For me it’s a quality one-stop-shop for general dental and orthodontic care, and one of the better choices I have made.
